Another Award! Another project

With a lot of joy I tell you that I have received another award. This time it Haxtur Award for my contribution in the collective work "A Good Man."

is a comic based on the events that took place outside the Mauthausen death camp, which ended up in many English who had fled to France in the last months of the English Civil War and reflects the moral misery of the inhabitants of a housing estate on the edge of horror.
While the script is run by a single writer, Javier Cosnava, the artistic team consists of Daniel Acuña, Toni Carbo, Carlos, Sofia Espinosa, Bernardo Muñoz, Javier Fernandez, Alfonso Zapico, Javier Navarro Barreno, Ruben del Fernando Rincon and Baldo (that's me!). We won in the category Best Short Story. To find out more details of the work, you can enter here .

Haxtur Awards are the oldest of the English comic and one of the most prestigious awards in comics that are delivered in the world, proof is the list of authors who have gone through Gijón: Hugo Pratt, Moebius, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Will Eisner, Daniel Torres, Osamu Tezuka, Mike Mignola, Max, Dan Barry, Victor Mora, Carlos Giménez, Neil Gaiman, Taniguchi, etc.

The Comic created the Principality of Asturias in Gijon in 1972. Since 1984, parallel to Hall, have been giving awards Haxtur, trying to recognize the best works published in Spain every year and in different sections: Best Long Story, Best Short Story, Best Screenplay, Best Picture and Best Home, these are added, each humor, each "author who love", a tribute to the career of a leading creator and the other the "most voted Runner", chosen by the audience among the nominees for the awards.

The photo shows Stan Sakai (creator of Usagi Yojimbo) holding in his hands the prize obtained a couple of years. One like this is for me!

Finally, I thank you especially to Javier Cosnava has given me the opportunity to participate in the work.

Greetings!
