Center Wudang kungfu is a school that aims at the dissemination of various antique styles of Chinese martial art and practice of psycho-physical development of the Taoist and Buddhist traditions associated with these disciplines. Being inherited from past practices and other cultural concepts is required, on the one hand, patience to learn and appreciate this knowledge into perspective and, on the other, of intelligence to fit our daily lives. In our classes come together as people for whom the practice is a method of staying healthy, physically and mentally, as those willing to try to reach higher levels. Both in a shed as in the other, trying to maintain good practice and methodical as the basis for real results. Our training method is rigorous, demanding virtues such as patience, perseverance, humility and commitment. We believe that the real kungfu is not learned in a day, but it is a task for a lifetime. We are interested in serious students, motivated and committed, willing to train in our classes as much for themselves. We try to provide the right tools to maximize your workout and to achieve autonomy in their practice as soon as possible.
